Vol. 04 · Executive Search · Confidential mandatesNDA-grade by default

01Confidential mandates

The leadership search we'd run most quietly, written up now.

An NDA-grade desk for CCO, CMO, ECD, and CTO/VP Engineering searches — company identity masked through shortlist stage, candidates surfaced only when they opt in, six to ten week engagements, reveal at shortlist. The brief below puts a mandate on our desk in under five minutes.

02Role families

Four leadership mandates, briefed against the work the role owns.

We brief against the org the role will sit inside — not a generic JD. Below is what each mandate covers for the candidates we surface, and the org shape we brief against.

Confidential search
CCO
Owner of the creative org.
Creative leadership across agency and in-house — the room where brand, design, and content converge. Briefed against a creative thesis, partnered with founders and CEOs, accountable for the work the building gets known for.
Confidential search
CMO
Owner of the brand and growth engine.
Brand, growth, and narrative at the marketing seam — the role that translates a positioning into pipeline. Briefed with a comp benchmark and a demand profile; common at post-PMF orgs heading into a Series B or beyond.
Confidential search
ECD
Owner of the day-to-day creative output.
Execution across the creative org — the design org and a brand org consolidated under one operator. Briefed against a portfolio the candidate has shipped end-to-end, not just approved.
Confidential search
CTO / VP Engineering
Owner of the engineering org.
Engineering across product, platform, and infrastructure — partnered with the CEO and the CPO on the org shape and the cadence the next round will be measured on. Briefed against an architecture the candidate has owned, not just inherited.

Mandates that need a C-suite search across two of the four — say a CMO plus a CCO at the same Series B inflection — are run as a single engagement. Brief us once and the desk carries both.

03Private intake

Tell us the mandate — we'll read it within two business days.

The intake lands on the desk of the senior recruiter who'd run the search — not a triage queue. Mask any detail you'd like masked before the NDA is signed; we treat the message itself as confidential from the moment it arrives.

NDA-grade confidentiality by default, NDA on request. If you'd rather pitch a single brief by email, write halftone-talent@polsia.app.

ClosingIf you're the candidate, not the client

If you're the candidate, not the client.

Most of the people reading this brief are on the other side of the desk. The resume service resumes a quiet job search end-to-end; the candidate intake is the application form that runs in parallel.
